"I always stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. It is beautiful and luxurious with great location and service. This time I notice the young lady checking me in did not seem to want to upgrade my room until I mentioned it. She did after I asked but it was not the best upgrade as I have received beautiful suite upgrades before. Nevertheless I still had a great stay. Love the smoking room located at the hotel too. "
"Excellent stay in Frankfurt! What a well appointed, spacious room in a modern hotel. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was walkable to Romerberg and restaurants. The staff are truly efficient and so helpful. Everyone from front desk and in the restaurant were so attentive, warm and accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again!"
"Hotel was perfect. Location, staff, property, all of the things! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and even came back at the end of our trip and booked another night because we loved it and Frankfurt so much. Well done!"
"Excellent staff, amazing massage in the spa, the most comfortable bed. A welcome reprieve after a troubled flight and unexpected overnight on our trip. "
