"What an amazing place among the hills, overlooking tbe lake. Thankyou to our hosts who did everything to make us feel welcomed and comfortable for out stay.Stepping out of out wood-fire warmed cottage to enjoy fresh bread on the deck while watching the wildlife mill around the property. Spotting an echidna out the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids.We will definitely be planning a return trip when we can. "

"Howqua House was wonderfully cozy and clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities. The fireplace is great in the winter, and the outside deck/proximity to the lake would be perfect for the warmer months. "

"The perfect house for a friends weekend away, with lots of hangout spaces, good kitchen for meals and a lovely big dining table! The spa was great and the view out to Mt Buller was constantly changing with the weather and so interesting. Cosy with the fire and heaters on a very cold weekend!"
