"The accommodation was lovely—modern, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The views were beautiful, and the location was excellent—very close to the village with easy access. However, there was a serious safety issue with accessing the front door. The stairs were snow-covered, and the rope and chain railing was not secure, making it extremely dangerous—especially when carrying luggage and skis. Additionally, I found the third-party management company, Alpine Holiday...

"We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults."
