"Received a warm welcome at reception ahead of the 3pm permitted check in time and was given a room upgrade. The hotel Was beautifully decorated for Christmas with lovely seating areas and all very warm and cosy throughout. The breakfasts were lovely offering a Choice of cereal, fruits as well as cooked foods. Filter coffee was a disappointment from a flask."
