Staff was very ghetto and rude the supervisor I was told her name was AK do not need to work in customer service I went to breakfast @ 8:40 the cooked breakfast was unavailable and another guest asked for it from the clerk at checkout and the response was breakfast is almost over so the cook will only make enough for the guests that was waiting because the cook had to get off the clock but the way she said it was so rude I will never stay or recommend this property but there was light within the darkness of the staff and her name was Taye very sweet young lady at check in Thank you Taye for being a great customer service agent in spite of your horrible co workers!

The staff had terrible attitudes and act like you’re bothering them when requests are asked, with the exception of 2 people. We had to switch rooms due to a stain being on the bed. They “ran out of towels” and we stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. I asked if we could get a late checkout, one staff member asked for my room number, and said we could, but I knew something was off when he didn’t enter the info into the computer, or jot the info down. The following morning, I called the front desk, just for reassurance, and the “assistant manager” asked which room I was in, but then immediately said they don’t do late check out. If that was the case, why did you ask for my room number, and why did another staff member tell me it was OK the night prior? Overall, the experience was terrible, which is what I was not expecting, as I’ve stayed before. My last visit was back in October, and the same elevator was out of service this go round as well. Another visitor had the same concerns, and also said she would be leaving a terrible review. I wouldn’t recommend this location for booking.

Very clean, smells good, convenient location to shopping and dining. Check in was slow due to new employee being trained and no hot water in the shower, low water pressure in sink, but I would stay there again.

We liked our stay here, clean rooms, had microwave, fridge and a keurig coffee maker . Coffee maker didn’t work in the room we stayed. We will definitely stay there again

When we went to check in, they said our room did not have a TV. We requested a TV and it said it came with the room. They said they had no more rooms available. So we took the room and upon entering it was never cleaned called the front desk and then they found us another room, that was much more accommodating. So.

Great experience
Service at the front desk was amazing. The hotel was really clean and didn't smell. Room was nice and tightly. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was squeaky clean.

I would have given it an awesome except we killed two roaches. All establishments hate bugs, I just prefer for them to be hidden. Outside of that staff was amazing.

My stay was great but the hotel is changing hands to Comfort Suites and it looks a messy with signs covered up, but don’t let that fool you, still a nice hotel to stay at.

Sad and not worth my money
Below our standards for a Hotel. The outside grounds were terrible, only one of the two elevators worked. There was no running water out of the sink in our bathroom. There was a bad odor in various areas of the Hotel. The breakfast was great each time with kind friendly service.

Pretty good
I really like the comfort and nice decoration and style from inside. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a warehouse area where eighteen-wheeler trucks park at night, on the streets surrounding the hotel. The pool area was abandoned and not clean, the furniture was broken, and the grass was not cut. The services were very nice. Very cool AC. The price and the distance to downtown were Good.

The room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However…. The hotel is in a questionable area and has a security gate to get in and out. The elevators were not working, the ice machine was not working, the clothes dryer was not working, there was a notice of violations on the front door, the pool was closed for maintenance, and there was a crazy woman in the lobby who went ballistic and was eventually arrested. I would not stay there again.
