Travelled to watch rugby at Lille (45 mins easy drive) beautiful town of St Omer nearby . No shops within walking distance but boulangerie and small supermarket 5 mins drive ."

"It was a very nice, quiet location. We enjoyed the place, lots of room. there were some nice places that the owner recommended to go to. (pizza place and a bakery) However a few things stood out, that potential renters should know: 1. The deposit is 1500 euros, but they don’t have a credit card machine. So it’s by bank transfer. This is a hassle and the money isn’t returned right away when you leave. We are over a day later and still not returned. If you don’t have 1500 euros at your disposal...

The house was close to Vimy Ridge and we enjoyed visiting this site as well as some other Canadian War Memorials in Belgium which were a few hours away. "Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe einiger Geschäfte und Bäckereien und in die Stadt ist es auch nicht weit. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und zudem sind Wohn- und Essbereich sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es war ein super schöner Kurzurlaub!"
