"Clean but small rooms, friendly staff, good parking with plenty spots. On the other hands, the overall experince was negativelly impacted by noisy refridgerator in the room and lack of bathroom amenities."

"This hotel worked out well for us as a location to spend a few post-cruise days in Anchorage. We enjoyed watching people fishing for salmon in the creek behind the hotel. It was across the street from the train station, which was convenient for transportation (though loud at time), and the shuttle took us to a day trip meeting point."

"I requested that the toilet in my room be fixed as it would not flush since the day I arrived. Sent leashes, called front desk staff 3 times and the toilet was still not fixed I had to leave the property each time I needed to us the restroom. Cooridors and stariwells are dated and unsanitary. I will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend someone stay here."

"We booked for 2 queen bed, but front desk executive said all rooms are full and gave a king bed room which was really tight to fit in 3 adults. Toilet was not clean and the worst part was flush was not working. No alternate room was provided and no maintenance guy came in the night. My wife has a medical condition and she had to suffer a lot in this whole transaction during midnight hours. Refund was also not provided."
