Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
    On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $50/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Cannot beat this property for beach access at this price. Clean rooms and very responsive host. Very walkable access to shops, restaurants and hikes along the beach day and night. We loved it here.

The condo was ideal for our family of four. It was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Monique went above and beyond by providing additional amenities for a beach day, including chairs, an umbrella, two coolers, and beach towels. Proximity to the beach was ideal. It was a 5 minute walk to a kid-friendly beach and minutes away from the main strip of Waikiki. We also appreciated the availability of a playpen and stroller, which were especially convenient for our toddler. The included parking was a big plus since street parking is not great. Overall, we loved our stay at Waikiki Banyan.

Great place!

Definitely the condo you want to rent if you plan on having a car during your stay in Waikiki. Easy parking for exploring the island, and yet everything is within easy walking distance of Waikiki beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.

Location just can’t be beat. Condo is as described. You get a partial ocean view along with overseeing the pool and bbq area below. We all had a great time staying there.

Very clean, great location, only one block from beach, and view of Diamond Head. Parking is convenient and adequate as well. Only issue was one of the four elevators was out of service our entire 5 day stay, making elevator wait times long and crowded.

Our stay was amazing. Staff at the building where great with pool and hot tub easily accessible. Our host was the best. Very irresponsible to emails and text messages. Check in and check out process was very easy and will likely stay again at this place.

We had an easy time parking our car when we arrived. The parking attendent was friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable. There are a few items that need to be updated. The pool was under renovation so we couldn't use it. The hotel is very close and in walking distance to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The biggest deal for us was no parking fees or hotel fees. We will definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the condo, it is perfect walking distance to the beach and all the best shops in Waikīkī the only thing is we could not find hot pads for taking things out of the oven but we improvised. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us we loved it

We stayed 11 days for a family vacation. All was pretty much as expected. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Internet, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Faucets, etc. worked well. Furniture is a little aged - but comfortable. Host was very responsive when I had a question. I would stay here again.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

I stayed in this property for four nights. Even though the condo is located just across from the elevator, I never had any issue with noise. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator. The only negative is the size of the building which can sometimes result in somewhat long waits for elevators, but most of the time it wasn't a problem. I would stay here again.
