This privately owned unit at the newly renovated Aqua Palms Lifestyle Hotel offers a serene escape with stunning mountain and city views. Located across from the world-renowned Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, you'll enjoy easy access to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, weekly fireworks, shops, and restaurants. A short stroll brings you to iconic Waikiki Beach for morning swims, surf lessons, and unforgettable sunsets.
Conveniently surrounded by top attractions, Aqua Palms Waikiki is within walking distance to Ala Moana, the world’s largest open-air shopping mall, and Kalakaua Avenue, known for its vibrant mix of architecture, shopping, and people-watching.
Located on the 8th floor this unit features a comfortable king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a full bathroom, and a range of modern amenities. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, Keurig Espresso machine, hot water boiler, mini portable teapot, and microwave. A desk and chair are available for work, supported by fast Wi-Fi.

Hotel amenities like the Flo-Water Station, vending machines, and a paid laundry service on the P3 floor are also at your disposal as well as a laundry room.

For those exploring the island, nearby car rentals offer convenient day trip options. Paid parking is available in the hotel ($45 + tax per day), with unlimited in-and-out access on a first-come, first-served basis.

As our guest you have access to all amenities in the building: Pool, BBQ, Fitness Studio access, and vendor machine. Front desk availability is reserved for check-in and check-out only, no additional front desk services are provided for private units.

NO SMOKING ($250-500 fine) - The Palms Waikiki is a 100% SMOKE FREE building, DO NOT smoke on property including in the unit or on Lanai.

Please note: If the power cord and/or charger block for the Wi-Fi modem is missing from your unit, a replacement fee of $120 plus applicable taxes will be charged to the guest.
We kindly remind you not to disconnect or remove the Wi-Fi modem power cord from the unit. Keeping all equipment in place ensures consistent and reliable internet service for all guests and owners.

CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
