From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Room was clean and neat. Had all the amenities needed to make our daily meals (we hate eating out!). Views were amazing! Close to EVERYTHING, both walking and driving. We were happy to have a parking spot after long days of the soaking in the sun and sand around the island. We loved our stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!
Place was perfect location to beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and the fantastic views from the balcony! Would recommend to anyone visiting the island.

The location was great and was surrounded by plenty of local places to eat and a short walk from the beach. Parking can be tricky around the area and expensive so the fact that this property came with a parking pass was a huge time saver and super convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

great location and wonderful ocean views. the bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. the kitchen was well stocked. i would defiantly stay at that unit again
Our stay at this condo was excellent. The room was clean, spacious with great views and the location was perfect for being close to a lot of points of interest. Any inquiries we had were addressed promptly by the property manager and they were very polite and friendly. We would recommend staying at this condo.
We enjoyed staying at this property, especially since it’s on the 27th floor, which had a view of the ocean. It was perfect for a couple. The AC is quite noisy if you are a quiet sleeper. However, it worked out perfectly because it blocked out some of the interior and exterior noise🙂

The condo is in a great location in Waikiki. It's a little noisier even on the 27th floor than we prefer as a lot of traffic noise still reaches that high. The place was dirtier than expected especially since all the common areas outside the condo are under some kind of renovation (sanding and painting especially) and that creates more dust and dirt.
We flew to Honolulu with our son and daughter-in law to attend our daughter's graduation from U of H. The flat was tidy and accommodated 4 adults. It was conveniently located and well equipped. I would only wish for a separate entrance to the bathroom not through the Master BR. I didn't notice that when I booked, but it worked ok. Otherwise thumbs up!
Internet too slow, working only 2G speed, Kitchen need more wine glasses (was just 1 ) the knives was useless for cutting anything . WILL BE NICE TO HAVE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD

The condo was exactly as it was listed. It was very clean, it included parking, the lanai has a partial view of Waikiki beach and a partial view of Diamond Head, there's a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a playset on the 6th floor and it was a 5 min walk to the beach. We had plenty of bath towels and beach towels (we would air-dry the beach towels on the lanai) and the kitchen was well equipped.
Our kids (10 and 6) shared the pull out bed and they slept fine. I would imagine that a bigger person might not be too comfortable on it and it is creaky. Multiple food trucks and restaurants (poke, Korean bbq, musubi, etc) were within walking distance. The laundry was just down the hall and you pay by app. There's only 1 washer and 1 dryer so if it was being used, we'd try the ones one floor up or one floor down. This condo was a great base for exploring Waikiki and Oahu and if we're ever in Oahu again, we would definitely try to get this rental again. My only small request would be a doormat because you end up tracking sand all over.

The view is spectacular, the room is really nice, the building is great, on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby odd fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.
It’s a quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach, and a fairly easy drive to get anywhere.
Die Wohnung im 27. Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pazifik und ist mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt um die Ecke ist der Waikiki Beach. Parken ist kostenfrei, bei den exorbitanten Parkpreisen in Waikiki ein absolutes Plus. Wir können das Appartment nut weiterempfehlen!
A full review:
-Location is great! A block and a half away from the beach. The view from the bedroom is beautiful!
-Kitchen was well equipped. Dishes, cups, pans, utensils, condiments/oil, blender, rice cooker, etc.
-Inc beach towels and bath towels (don’t forget to wash them!), 2 beach chairs. Tab connected to Netflix and other streaming services.
-Parking was pretty easy!
Some things that the property can improve on/ have assured me that they will try to address:
-The bed-couch mattress was pretty difficult to sleep on. Perfect if all guests can sleep in the large bed.
-They will clean the couch pillows since they had the smell of urine. Towels will be washed throughly (had a few stains).
-A handle for the bathroom.
Overall, great property and management. Took the feedback well and I’m sure they’ll try to fix the things stated above. Thanks for the great stay!
The unit we rented actually matched the description! Had a good choice of small appliances in kitchen. There were 2 beach chairs available to use which was a bonus. Great location and view of the ocean from our unit on the 27th floor. Extremely quiet in the halls. A very nice outdoor recreation area equipped with gas BBQ’s. We will definitely try to reserve this unit again. Only 2 blocks from Waikiki but you didn’t feel the crowds at the unit location 🌴
