"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. "We had such a relaxing time at Hale kai. We even tried extending our trip an extra day! We watched the sea turtles swim every time our children were in the swimming pool, had a seal napping on the beach that we could see from the lanai, and saw beautiful sunsets each night! The condo was spacious and welcoming, and we loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves. If we ever get the opportunity to travel to Maui again, I would love to stay there!"

"We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Paki Maui! You cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach next door and saw turtles and a monk seal! The beach is great for kids to swim. The sunsets were amazing! Parking was easy and the host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come again! "

"This property and vacation was everything I had hoped for. The two units fit our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) perfectly. We had a bedroom for each couple and one for the kids. The views are amazing and we watched turtles pass by the balcony 24/7. One turtle decided to beach himself right under our balcony for the afternoon. We saw whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal stopping by to check out the turtle. The only thing missing was one of the parking passes but a simple phone call and they immediately dropped it off. They were very prompt with our request and checked to make sure we didn't need anything else. We snorkeled daily right outside the complex and the kids played endlessly in the pool and on the sandy beach. Not all of the complexes have a sandy beach so this was a bonus. We BBQ'd several meals and made use of the pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers for our excursions. I would highly recommend this location and hope to make this a regular trip. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed."
