"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"This is a terrible hotel with bad service. There was a pump going off all night in the room which I told the service staff to fix but they did nothing. oh by the way....the hotel faces a cemetary. Creepy as hell. Don't stay here. Staff are also extremely unhelpful and not very friendly."
