"A great budget option in Miyajima, it is a five minutes walk from the JR Miyajima station and within walking distance of the ferry terminal. We were upgraded to a room with two bunk beds and it was a comfortable stay though it did get a bit noisy at times since the sliding door did not block the sound of people moving and talking in the corridor. Facilities are like most hostels and you get what you pay for. "

"Nice and quiet, Im assuming there WAS a bar that is no longer in operation. If it were open, it would’ve had a livelier atmosphere. We stayed for a night so that we could enjoy Miyajima Island at night and not have to haul our kids back to Osaka on the train. It was also nice to see the area early and later outside of the high traffic tourist hours. "

"The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax. Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken...

"The staff was terrific; very kind and attentive. The view of the Tori gate was incredible from our room. Food was wonderful and there was a lot of it! "Check in was smooth, staff were always very friendly and helpful, the room itself was very large, comfortable, and the view over the north of Hiroshima was genuinely incredible. Cleaning options are plentiful depending on the level of service you'd like, and any room service needs, i.e. rental equipment, food, towels etc are all done via QR code on your phone, so convenient! The high room we booked had two well sized comfortable beds in a large, open room. While the furniture and bathroom may look like they are from another time, they were very well taken care of and are clearly high quality. I have paid a lot more for hotels previously and they do not even come close to the RIHGA. Close to the bus station and a number of bus stops, do not be discouraged by the lack of subway here. I would 100% book again and look forward to visiting Hiroshima again with you."
