"Superbe hébergement dans les Corbières au milieu des champs!Olivier et sa femme sont des hôtes charmants et présents pour répondre à toutes les questions.Nous n’avons pas utilisé le spa mais c’est un petit plus non négligeable.La petite maison était très propre et équipée avec le nécessaire pour le séjour.Logement pet friendly, attention cependant il y a des poules qui sont dans leur enclos à proximité et les propriétaires ont une chienne très gentille et âgée."

"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. The house needs a bit of TLC as the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly when we arrived. (the owner sorted for us on the second day). The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not work either. "It’s located in a wonderful place right in the middle of town. There was briefly a bad smell in the room when we checked in, but it dissipated after a while. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"A brilliant location in the shadow of the ramparts with an indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Breakfast isn't cheap, but it is value for money. A very short walk to the Narbonne Gate leading into the main streets of the citadel. My room was bright and funky, a short walk from the main building, with access to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There is also a peaceful, covered sitting area near the pool. 24 hour reception, with 24 hour available for drinks and snacks. There is a small but lovely spa area, with a pool and various treatments for couples and individuals. All the staff was charming and helpful. I didn't want to leave."

"The perfect hotel for a quick stop in Carcassonne. Very convenient location across the bridge from the village walls. The staff was very helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until we checked-out. Handy with the private parking around the corner of the hotel, but remember to reserve a spot in advance as it is small. We booked the panoramic suite which was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a pool and restaurant on site, but we did not use these during our stay. The garden area outside is also beautiful and well kept. We would absolutely come back to this property upon our next visit to Carcassonne."
