"Fantastic location with pretty much everything you could think to need for a home away from home. Ample room, anything and everything you could need in the kitchen. Small details that made a huge difference for us included nightlights/sound machines in all the rooms (those with small kids, get it), no elevation changes/stairs (we stayed with my 80+ y/o grandparents), toys/games/books available for kids, and an EV charger on site. Multiple lounging areas, a bocce ball court and fire pit (for s'mores) were also big hits, since it was supposed to rain for most of our stay. Quiet, safe, felt like you were out in the country, could have spent the entire 'staycation' there without leaving. Would stay again!"

"This VRBO exceeded all expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked from gadgets to spices and food. We picked leeks in the garden and made soup. Everyday we had fresh eggs. The pool was not in season but we enjoyed the spa. The home is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Our host took the time to explain everything and the house was very clean. Our family and friends had together time and privacy. Everything worked in the home and our host was available if needed. I can recommend this home-VRBO without any hesitation. We hope to go back. "

"Our family of seven adults spent the Christmas holiday at this countryside property. Everyone agreed that the house was very comfortable, especially the beds. We got rainy weather so did not make use of the outside amenities but there are three separate areas to socialize. The kitchen is large and very well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The kitchen drawers are labeled, which was great. The property is pet friendly, which is great for families with pets but inevitably there will be the odd pet hair on the sofas (in case of allergies).The Sonoma Safeway delivers groceries to the house via food delivery services, and we were able to add the property gate code to the grocery order. Following house instructions carefully, we did not have any trouble at all going in/out of the gate. If you are walking out (vs driving) there is a gate remote in the kitchen. Our host was extremely accommodating to ensure a comfortable stay and very responsive when we had questions, despite being on vacation themselves. Full house instructions were provided before checking in, which was very helpful. Thank you Sanjay and Gayathri for a wonderful stay!"

"This was our second stay at the Burndale Barn and it was just as lovely as our first. The property is easy to access, easy parking and just a short drive to Sonoma. It was spotlessly clean and the coffee / tea provisions were a nice addition upon arriving late after a long drive. Only a few small things bothered us - the outdoor furniture cushions were extremely worn and super dirty (despite having a furniture cover over them when we arrived) so we had to cover them with blankets to be able to sit on them. Fireplace did not work even when following instructions from the host as to how to turn it on. And it's a challenge to eat indoors as a family of four as there are only three chairs at the breakfast bar. If the weather is nice I am sure this isn't an issue but on a slightly cold and damp November morning it's not possible to eat outside as the table and benches are all damp. "
