"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. I will use you again if I get some satisfaction in response to this message!!!"

"The property was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for our group in town for a wedding. Only 20 mins to downtown Napa and surrounded by many beautiful wineries! We loved the outdoor space and the hosts were very response!"

"I travel often and set a high bar for luxury rentals. The Coplan Vineyards "Villa" exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly what I wanted right for my wine country visit - the architecture, the amenities, the private setting, which was centrally located close to Napa and the Sonoma square. We took beautiful photographs in the vineyard in the late afternoon and didn't want to leave for our wine tasting appointments. We did order wine from Coplan Vineyards in advance, and what a perfect touch it was to enjoy their wine at their estate - and be able to stay the night!!! The birds are loud in the morning - but I'll trade the din of the big city for those songs any day."

"We visited the property with multiple couples and it was spacious with everyone having a nice bedroom to stay. Beautiful property with top notch amenities. Did not get to try the pool as it was a bit cool during the time of year we visited. Short drive to the city center. Game room was fun and in good shape."

"The home is beautiful and spacious. We had a great time, enjoying the house. We visited the Larson winery and enjoyed that as well. The landlord was quick when there was a minor repair. The home was furnished and stocked well. We had everything we needed. The guide made was detailed which we appreciated. I loved learning the history and seeing the preserved elements of the home"
