"If i start with the positive, I received a friendly welcome. I was shown to where the rooms are, and thefirst thing that hit me was the smell. Not a pleasant welcome at all. I was directed to my room and after navigating the narrow, creaky stairs and a creaky landing i arrived at my room. "The staff were lovely. The room was clean and modern but there was no hot water, on reporting this, I was told you have to let the water run for about half an hour. I had a Luke warm shower and the water never got hot. The restaurant was closed for the week for cleaning so dinner was not available. Both of these issues should have been listed as conditions before we booked. "
