"Our stay was very comfortable and this location was convenient to many areas we were trying to see. The home was immaculate and felt very homey. Communication with the host was easy and changes were accommodated with no problems. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful home in a charming little neighborhood."

"My room was very small, and everything felt outdated. I requested a refrigerator, but the one provided was dirty and rusty. The carpet throughout the room needs to be replaced, and the bathroom lighting was poor and inadequate. Overall, the hotel is in need of a major facelift, and the rooms should be upgraded and modernized. The only positive aspect of my stay was the location—the hotel is right on the water and offers nice views. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was quiet and location was good. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. There wasn't a lot of parking spaces and we had to park behind the Jimmy Johns in the next parking lot over. Staff was friendly."

"The room was clean and cozy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very friendly host and their wonderful puppy Jax! Close to downtown, where I had my conference, and close enough to the beaches that my wife easily navigated her way there and back. Snacks and treats were provided - some healthy for my wife and some tasty for me ;-) - the hostess was very sweet to accommodate both of our tastes!There was a minor concern that it would be noisy (traffic, trains, etc.) when we arrived, but once we were in the room, it was quiet and peaceful.Next time I'm in Jacksonville, I would gladly try to stay here again."
