"We stayed at this cute condo at the beginning of May for a long weekend getaway to the beach to celebrate my fiance's birthday. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It's super close to the beach which was the most important for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are super communicative and went above and beyond to resolve a small issue that was out of both of our control. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality!"

"The pictures were accurate. The beach access is NOT close. There is a public access that is closer. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, but no spices. There is limited amounts of dish soap. There is a washer and dryer, but no soap available. There is a keurig and a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. There is only one dish towel and one roll of paper towel. When you are flying, it is not possible to bring all of these items with you. I will not be staying at this place...

"This condo was located close to a pool, but to get to the beach, we took the car. I knew we had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for use, but didn’t know we had to check-in at the beach to reserve them. That would have been helpful information! There’s a few suggestions I have for improvement that would make the stay better. The bedroom does not get very cool, so bring a fan! A ceiling fan in the bedroom would help keep it a little cooler. "Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

"Great vacation with family. The condo was in a great location for all our Destin activities. Especially appreciated the water taxi. As with everyone prior the only gotcha is the parking. Not an easy task to park in the garage. However everything else made it totally worth it!"

"Our family of four had a great time and enjoyed the property, ease of access to the pool and quick drive to the beach (we could have walked). The beach was wonderful and the water color was beyond our expectations. It was very helpful to have a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella available so we didn't have to travel with our own. "The condo was absolutely beautiful!! VERY clean and just a short walk to the beach. They had music playing for when we arrived which was such a nice, welcoming touch. We had a small issue with the hall bathroom shower, but they had someone out right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again!"

Amazing views
"The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!"
