Please note that for our pet-friendly guests, 1 Pet Allowed Pet Fee $100 For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed. Sandpiper Cove has a 10.00 grounds fee per pet due in cash upon check in.

It had everything we needed for our first beach vacation. Walked to the beach every day, swam in the heated pools, loved the golf and pickle ball! We will be back next year.

Great property. Very clean with extra towels and blankets. It is in the perfect location and a quick walk to the beach. The only complaint i have is the bedroom needs a curtain to keep out the stairway light.

Sandpiper Cove 2005!

What a hidden gem! The house was decorated cute. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. Having access to the beach and chairs was amazing. The location was perfect for what we did. Near by places to eat were great. The pools were nice too. We have already told others about this and will be back.

2005 Sandpiper Cove

We all had a great time. This place was clean, and plenty of room. As advertised, about 10 min walk to the beach. Everything was great. Thanks for sharing with me and my family.

Longer walk to the beach than expected

The unit was clean and nice, and the property manager was easy to work with. The only disappointment was the disconnect in the indicated distance from the beach in the vrbo listing versus the actual walking distance.

Best Equipped Kitchen Ever

In 35 years of various State snowbird rental’s this is the first time we did not need to the go out & purchase or replace something that we regularly use for the kitchen. Even all the knives were sharp! This unit was spotless, all the furniture & appliances were high quality. Would definitely came back another year.

Destin - Sandpiper cove

Overall we loved the place. It was clean, the place was cute, check in was easy and having the beach chairs and umbrella set up was one of the nicest features! The beach is a bit of a walk as you're on the far side of the complex but not having to carry the chairs made it worth it. The bedroom does run a little warmer than the rest of the condo which was a little rough at night and I would recommend bringing your own firestick/roku or something for the living room tv. The complex has so many amenities, and this place was very close to one of the pools and just a short walk to the pickleball/boccee courts. Would stay there again for sure!

Spring Break

This is a wonderful location for Spring Break with family or friends of any age. We enjoyed that it was so close to the beach with Sandpipers own gate entrance for vehicles and also a pedestrian entrance, as well as assistance with chairs and umbrellas while at the beach. This was very helpful so we did not have to carry our own chairs to the beach. My teens loved the 3 par golf course and tennis courts as well as having access to multiple pools in the park. Many fun activities to do in Destin for all ages! The unit itself was clean and comfortable for all of us. We would go back for sure!

A Homey Community

We loved the people staying at Sandpiper Cove Condos. Everyone was very friendly. They have lots to do if you want to take part. Pickleball, Tennis, a great little pitch/putt golf course that is in great shape. Our Condo was very clean and had a nice view of the pool and 9th hole. The second floor was not a problem for us and our two dogs loved the walks we took, as it is a great place for that. A couple of maintenance issues which are not a big deal and a quick fix. The kitchen faucet is loose and needs to be tightened at the countertop. The front door hinges need oiled. The squeaking drove me nuts when opening and closing.
