"From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again everything went smoothly. The second room was also clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying. Price was affordable, room was perfect but the front desk attendant was the best. She really improved my vacation experience especially after having 2 miserable nights at country inn and suites in Chattanooga Tn. I would highly recommend Super 8 Eureka Springs, Ark."

"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "

"Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee."
