Close to public transport so getting to hotel was easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by also which was great. Room and staff were great and we had a great Disney experience here. Shuttle bus to parks were also convenient and easy to use."

"The front desk and luggage services were so friendly and nice. We got there early and as expected wasn’t able to check in until after 3pm, but the front desk had already taken all our information and so when our room was ready at 3pm they had already assigned us a room and taken our suitcases (that we left at bell services upstairs! It was the smoothest check in we’ve had this entire trip. My kids loved the hotel so much that they didn’t want to go. I really liked the free Disneyland shuttle they had and the frequency of the shuttle pickups. Although the night time pick up around 9:00 pm seemed really delayed this past Thursday. Dad

"We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers."
