"Do not read old reviews from a year or so ago. Administration had changed since then and now it's a paradise of a budget place to stay. I am very happy that I wasn't afraid of previous reviews and went for it. Room is not very big but it has everything: Cable TV, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator, large bathroom with a window. everything is neat and clean, nothing falling apart, no bugs, everything looks renovated within a certain budget and more than enough for the price. It was quite on Saturday night. I stayed with my 6yo and we both liked it! Administrator Jaime is the best. "

"The host was gracious and easy to commute with. Easy to access & get into the house. Parking right in front. We loved the open & very large rooms. House was in tip top condition. Very clean, decorated beautifully. Plenty of towels & other supplies. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had every possible thing you would need. We have family in the area and will definitely stay again if the house is available. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at while in town for a wedding. The check in was seamless, with the host communicating in advance the door code. The kitchen has every amenity you could need, with plenty of cookware, silverware, and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and each room was very relaxing and decorated very nicely. "Very comfortable place to stay. Just a tip for the if you book a stay make sure to log into vrbo messages ang get the door code ahead of time theres no cell service in Neihart but good wifi on the property after. "
