"It was not a great way to start our 8 days in New York, the toilet was really dirty, the bed sheets had log hairs in them, the sofabed was very uncomfortable and the floor was sloping. We didn't feel comfortable at all.After finally hearing back from the hoast we agreed to leave after the second night but we only got a refund for 5 out of the 8 days we paid for excluding all the extra fees they slap on....So all in all we lost almost half of what we originally paid plus we had to pay for...
