Summary:
Enjoy panoramic views of the city and across the river from this well appointed light filled apartment. The size of the property will surprise you and includes an oversized private balcony with outdoor setting that captures the sun most of the day.
The lounge/dining is very comfortable with large screen TV and wifi, and the adjoining kitchen has everything you will need.
Well located in a small block, in a quiet cul de sac in West Hobart, close to the city with parking, peace and privacy.

The Space:
A great space for singles or couples, this truly is a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment, with indoor and outdoor areas, lovely bathroom and comfortable bedroom with queen bed. All linen is provided by our linen service and the apartment is professionally cleaned, so you can be sure of a good nights sleep in a pleasant, relaxed environment.

Guests have full use of the apartment for the duration of their stay

The Neighborhood:
A safe and friendly neighbourhood, with the Kunanyi/Mount Wellington reserve as a backdrop, and West Hobart cafes not far away. You can walk in to the city and are just 2.5km to Salamanca or 7 minutes in a taxi or Uber.
Our favourite local places to eat out are Pidgeon Hole on Goulburn Street, Peasano Pizza, Smolt Kitchen or if you're looking to stock up on some fresh Tassie produce head to the Hill Street Grocer!

Getting Around:
It's always best to have a car when in Hobart so you can explore the city and surrounding areas however if not there is a Metro bus service.

We leave guest to enjoy the apartment in peace and privacy however we are locals so are available if you need us.

Great short Hobart Stay
Views to die for- this property was as described- 180 degree views of Hobart and the river whilst still being close to most places. A quick drive down to North Hobart or south to Sandy Bay. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The bal only was a definite plus!

Extremely comfortable and beautifully presented. The view of Hobart, the surrounding hills and the Derwent just wonderful. A short drive into the centre of town as well as to other parts of Hobart.

Great View
A good location if you have a car and no mobility issues. The listing says 2 flights of stairs but there are actually 4 flights of stairs. My husband stayed and I ended up not going due to illness but he says I definately would have had difficulty with the stairs anyway. This is not stated on the listing. I would have enjoyed the view but overall the unit is smaller than appears in listing and you definately wouldn't want to stay here if you can't do stairs.

Peace & Perfection
What a gorgeous hidden gem! I was recuperating from minor surgery for several days and this place was perfect. Amazing views from the lounge, gas cooking, full size fridge!! And a balcony area that would have been ideal for relaxing except that Hobart poured on the rain for the entire visit. But I didn’t really mind because watching the storm was spectacular. And did I mention you had an amazing picture window in the bedroom to star gaze thru at night. I threw back the curtains (not overlooked) and watched an amazing moon and star show on my first night. Lounge room chairs were perfect and surprisingly comfortable. In my view making sure the seating is comfortable is far more important than the bed or the bathroom accessories. For three days I couldn’t go anywhere and having a comfortable lounge seat was, and is always, a necessity. Well done Matt on a superb apartment. I’ll be back again for sure. Loved it!
