Very nice place but expensive, unfortunately the owners have no experience in hospitality and expect the apartment to be bond cleaned. If you book this place, expect to be harassed and threatened for additional charges.

It is out of the way but a perfect spot for holing up. Kitchen provided the basics needed to make a meal, room was spacious. Shower was excellent. Nice to have a verandah to sit an enjoy the peace.

Everything was perfect. A most wonderful stay in the studio appartment. So spacious and well presented. Had everything . Felt like home. Quiet. Fabulous view and close to town. Would recommend Norfolk Appartments to anybody looking for somewhere special.

Lovely views, handy Locale
Cosy stay for a couple who like nice views and pleasant green surroundings. Very clean, well equipped, access steps might pose a challenge for those less mobile.

This was one of the best accommodation units that we have encountered. It was comfortable, well appointed and equipped and in a convenient location with views to the Derwent and the hills and mountains beyond. We were sorry to leave.

Well situated and nice view of the Derwent River
Quality furnishings and the latest style of fit out. A lot of thought has been put into the layout. We rented the lower unit which was a bit of a struggle getting heavy cases down the stairs. The parking was good.

We stopped for a night between Queenstown and Port Arthur, it was a lovely stay. New building which was warm and bright and spotless. Nice big private deck with comfortable seats and a lovely outlook. The unit was fully self contained with good wifi. Highly recommend.

We loved the clean & modern interior, the views were nice, clean & fresh. We had the lower floor & children in the room above were making noise unwittingly which echoed in our room below. The only negative about the room was the acoustics.

Modern and very clean apartment. A little hard to find and up a gravel road but worth it just for the amazing views. We where very happy with everything.

New Norfolk Apartment
We had a lovely night in this unit. The owner is very friendly and helpful.The unit was immaculate. Very modern with all new furnishings and white goods.. Loved the bathroom and the huge shower. Nice linen.

Très agréable adresse
Bien situé sur la route entre le Mount Field NP et New Norfolk, très bel appartement, très bien agencé, bien équipé et ayant un grand balcon avec vue sur la vallée. Idéal pour se reposer après une journée de marche. Équipement de qualité A 20 km d’une réserve d’animaux à Brighton à ne pas manquer.
