Elevated, private wild bush hideaway on 108 acres has stunning panoramic water views, where you will easily forget how close you are to the beaches, lookouts, restaurants, shopping, and Hobart Airport. You can also trek through the property for short and long bushwalks, taking in a variety of lookouts. Rich in Tasmanian wildlife including Wallabies, Pademelons, Black Cockatoos, Goshawks, and Sea Eagles.

This property provides the warm comfort of an expansive King-size bed with multiple large windows that bring the dramatic water view panorama into your bedroom. A full-size bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen includes a medium-sized fridge, microwave, tabletop oven with grill, coffee machine, hot water kettle, and crockery/cutlery. There is also a washing machine and an outside clothes dryer.
