"There is no coffee maker in the room you must go to kitchen and both beds feel like you sink to the bottom Shower is a plus, great water pressure and it’s good for tall people Breakfast was decent but no waffle maker "

"I’ve been staying at Tru hotels for a while, and I love them. My only comment is that I was happy to stay there, and I happened on a bargain rate. But the regular rates aren’t any better than surrounding hotels, and I would choose the other hotels for extras - coffeepot, microwave - if I’m gonna ng to be paying the same."

"This is a converted hotel into something I don't know what. One lampshade missing, one looked like it had burn marks. In the bathroom, half the toilet paper holder on the wall was missing. Bathroom door was broken. Extra safety lock on front door was missing half. Phone was just sitting on the county with no cord to connect to the wall. Then the kicker, the heater in the room was broken/didn't work. Their maintenance had gone home for the day. First time in my nearly 60 year life I asked for a refund of all my money and went and found a different place to stay."

"Hotel in horrible condition! Tile in bathrooms broken, wallpaper and walls all in bad condition, bed skirts and bedsheets scary to look at. Not clean, not ironed. No sage or refrigerator in the rooms, no water. Vending machine doesn’t work. Just horrible!!!"

"Basic Hampton that needs updates. Bed are used pretty well. Breakfast was a poor selection. Clean and decent location. "

"It was a room with a kitchenette.I didn't need to utilize it.The only downside would have been if I had been there for a longer stay.The things like mugs plates et.Cetera, have to be purchased.I'm the only downside to my visit was a loud neighbor but the hotel itself was much better than expected . "
