Budget Host in Historic Route 66

"Our room was very hot & the hotel had not flipped heat over to AC yet & rooms do not have individual thermostats. The window did not open either. There was no hot water in the shower. We had to wash in the sink as the water was very cold. The doorman/bellman was really nice & helpful. The hotel is in a great location for public transportation. Our room was larger than a regular room. Biggest complaint was the hot room & no hot water. "

"Staff were great! The room units for air and heat were doing their own thing, once the heat stopped blowing it was freezing in the room and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor. Had to use lots of towels everyday. "

"Ceiling of bathroom was peeling and the hair rinse was out of battle dispenser. I was expecting coffee or hot water dispenser in room but no and there’s no complimentary water either."
