"The property was great but we had hockey teams screaming in the halls, banging and slamming doors until 3-4am both nights. No sleep! Front desk made aware and tried to help but they continued."

"I arrived for checkin at 530pm and the room was not ready. That was the least of the issues. They wanted to charge me for a pet deposit but I didnt have a pet, that got rectified fairly quickly but had to be verified with a manager. The rooms are very old and need upgrading. The very old curtains fell of the hooks and had to have staff come and rehang. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked. There were holes in the lampshades and the door to the room shaked and rattled all night everytime someone breathed in the hallway, walked by or opened and closed a door anywhere else in the place. Some simple weatherstripping around the door would make a huge difference! I will not stay here again ir recommend it."

"We used the hot tub and it was a good temperature but has a bunch of dead flies in it. Eek We do really like this hotel. "

"My room had multiple cobwebs throughout especially on the lamp. The door also did not lock properly to the point of having to leave a chair in front of it just to have a some what decent sleep. The floor also seemed to have dirt and dust on like it had not been cleaned. If I could give no stars I would. "

"The location advertises a hot tub both on the Days Inn site and on third party sites. And there is a large sign in front of the hotel saying there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. I told the front desk staff that I booked this place partly because there was a hot tub which I wanted for after skiing. She said they had just removed the hot tub and that there were no longer ads for it ... but there were. My shower faucet was so stiff that I could barely turn on the water ... needs a new cartridge. I told the same staffer about this and she said it was fixed recently. It was not. I fixed one at home so I know what it feels like when you have a 30 year old cartridge and this one was worse than that. The breakfast was rather bleak. They had plain bread (white or whole wheat) and cereal (2 choices) and a few muffins and Eggo waffles and yogurt. There were potatoes and sausages but not much other stuff. Not much variety. Only plastic cutlery. Hard to figure out the water. Pretty cheap breakfast. I guess that's what you get at Days Inn. I'm glad I had some additional breakfast food in my room."

"It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC. "

"I've stayed there a few times. I like it, and the staff are good. The rooms were clean and it was fairly quiet. Lots of restaurants close by too. I'll go back. Decent breakfast"
