"While the location is good, walkable to the ferry terminal, a reason why I chose, the comfort level is below my expectations. Rather cramp for four persons and it is safety risk to climb the metal stairs (more ladder like) to the upper floor bed. I also did not expect this venue to be self-check in, ie without a proper counter where we could keep our luggage due to early arrival time. The checking time is generally too rigid fixed at 3pm.
