"The property alone has a high tech Biometric security to enter the building with entries from back/front of building. Main entrance has 2 biometric security doors to get in, just amazing! It’s very close to the Republica Metro station close to a dirty/clean big park, the smells & the massive homeless people in every corner felt unsafe at night time, mornings it’s okay.
The studio has a pleasant view of the park. We stayed at 1st level, very high up enough to see the surrounding areas, though...
