"We had a leak in our units roof and it took us going to the front desk 3 times before they changed our room. Our butler told us that he was going to get us something for our inconvenience but he did not. We also had no hot water our 1st day in the leaky unit. Once we moved rooms everything was wonderful and our new butler Bolivar was wonderful. He even messaged me to make sure we made it home ok"

"This resort is absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. Traveled with our 2 boys; 2 and 4. They had a blast! The water park is a plus it has baby toddler area, small children, and then older teenagers and and adults. The beach was pretty just lots of seaweed this time of the year. The beach snack bar was awesome. There is a train to take you around the resort which was such a plus; they constantly wanted to ride it! food was great as well. Nothing bad to say about our experience. Also, booking through Expedia we got our personal concierge Kilvania, super nice and checked in constantly with us. She also handled all the restaurant reservations and we got complimentary room service, there's a $10 fee if you dont book through Expedia for room service orders. all around 5* "

"The staff at this property really just get it. We got the privilege package. Our first room had a few issues, but the Butler chief Franklin made sure to have that rectified and even upgraded our room. He was absolutely wonderful throughout. Our whole entire trip was all of the privilege pool staff honestly everybody was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future"
