Great hotel and perfect location

Great hotel, the staff held on to my bags when I arrived early in the morning. Check in took seconds when I returned and they even took my bag up to my room. Location is perfect; just a few blocks from the entertainment district. I'd stay here again.

Helpful and kind staff, beds were not as comfortable as expected, however the room was clean and well maintained. We chose a non smoking double bed room and it was a good size. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

Recommended for solo traveller.

In a good location 20 min walk from peace park or few minutes on bus. Staff helpful at check in - looked after luggage. Plenty of free toiletries and soft towels. Tea, coffee and water freely available in reception and kettle in room. Cheap laundry room Very happy with my stay.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillow was very thin. Wifi was also really bad.

Basic hotel but is ok for 1 night

Only stayed one night and for that purpose it was fine. The room is old and I had to turn the refrigerator off because it was very noisy. It was quite hot in the room and not possible to open the window and I didn’t want to turn on the aircondition as it was directly above the bed and I didn’t want to catch a cold. I was placed in room X02 which is right next to the elevator and it makes noises all night so ask for a room that’s not next to the elevator. The hotel is situated very well and the staff was friendly. It was cheap so it was good value for money

Marvellous hotel.

Easy to get to from the station on the tram, and also to walk to the main attractions in Hiroshima. A lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Could not find anything negative at all.

接客態度や部屋の清潔感などおおよそ問題ないが、WiFiに少し問題。ノートPCを部屋の窓側のデスクに置くとつながらず、ベッドの棚で使うしかなかった。通信が弱いのか、廊下側に通信機器を移動する必要があったのは残念。

私は窓があり明るかったのですが友人はまどがあってもすぐに建物のため電気をつけるまで真っ暗で何処に何があるかわからないと言っていました。 もう少し、明るさなどを考えてもらえたら明るさ、圧迫感などなく、また、利用したいと思えるのではないでしょうか❓ そこだけですね。
