While it is a slight walk to and from center city it’s not terrible at all, good location. For three of us we were comfortable within the space while there.

Cozy hotel

Good location, clean and cost effective hotel. The rooms are not very big but they are in good condition and functional even for 3 adults. They provided delicious coffee (which you can get more of from the lobby). The fridge and microwave were convenient. The area is quiet at night. There is no attendant to check in but they have a tablet with adequate English instructions. There is also no elevator but despite being on the top (5th) floor we didn't find this to be an issue (get a few more steps in!)

Adequate accommodation. My main criticism is that the room rate was similar to the rate that I paid for a far superior room in Osaka. The Ouchi is in a somewhat remote location that was difficult to find on a dark evening. No staff was present. Several aggressive « Strictly Prohibited «  signs greeted us. The spartan, small room was reasonably clean. Our wet clothing from a rain downpour could not be dried because the dryer was out of order. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The room charge should have been half of what I paid. Quite disappointing.

Walk up was 5 flights up, outside and in the snow one day: cold and slippery! Shared lounge was nice with seating and mini kitchen. Room was poorly laid out, furnishings didn’t fit well, needs redesigned. Property was 15 minute walk from nearest train station.

A spartan place which is fine when on a tight budget, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the unstaffed check-in process was slightly annoying after a long travel day. The lack of elevator was less than ideal for carrying up our suitcase as well. I’d only recommend this place to backpackers and people who like camping.

口コミを見て予約してたのである程度不便さは覚悟してましたが、チェックイン時まず施設に入るオートロックが分かりづらく焦りましたが、時間はかかりましたが無事泊まる事が出来ました。 今回は寝るだけの宿だったからあまり気にならなかったですが、壁が薄いのかこちらが無音の際は隣の話し声が聞こえてくる感じでビックリしました。 GW時だから、まぁこの金額で泊まれたから良しとします。

事前にレビューを見たみたら賛否両論ありましたが、実際泊まってみた感じはそう悪いところではなかったです。あくまで観光が目的で、寝泊まりできれば良かったのですが、部屋の中は綺麗で清潔感ありましたし、くつろぎやすかったです。気になった点は２つで、ベッドがギシギシうるさいのと、ユニットのバスが狭すぎたことです。お風呂は近くに入浴施設があればいいのでしょうが、探せませんでした。ベッドの軋みだけは何とかしてもらえたら良いと思います。

問題なく宿泊できました、ありがとうございました。参考に、気付いた点書かせていただきます。 ・受付後に、部屋に上がるにはどこに行けば良いかわからずもたついていたら外国人の職員の方が教えてくださいました。ありがとうございました。 ・エントランスのあちこちに掲示があり、必要な情報(ラウンジに行くにはどうしたらよいのか、など)が分かりづらかったです。 ・ラウンジで調理器具、食器などひと通り揃っているのは助かりました。ただ、ラウンジのトースターが壊れていて使えず残念でした。 ・朝チェクアウト時に、青いパンツ(下着)と白シャツ１枚の男性に建物内(階段)で出くわしビックリしました。下から上がってきたようでしたが、なぜ？となり、防犯面が不安になりました。 以上です。 お世話になりました。

カーテンがない。

狭めの単身者用アパートですね。広島市の地理をよく知らなかった私のせいですが、駅から遠いです。しかも最寄駅は広島駅ではなく横川駅です。人によっては横川駅からさらにバスに乗るかも。狭いですが清潔です。ウォシュレットなしの3点ユニットは古さを感じます。エレベーターがないのは事前に知ってたので問題ないのですが、私の泊まった部屋の窓は遮光性ゼロの障子のような和風の戸がついていて、カーテンも雨戸もないので、夜明けと共に明るくなって目が覚めてしまいました。疲れていて、遅くまで寝たかったので残念でした。 あと、隣や下の人の物音が結構響きます。
