This was one of our best stays in a hotel anywhere in the world. Very very beautiful setting but it was the excellent service from the manager and all his staff which made the holiday special. Thank you especially for making my husband's birthday so memorable.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a great location close to Mall Road. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and made the stay very pleasant. Convenient for exploring Shimla while still offering a comfortable and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The team at Hyatt have been amazing. My partner rolled her ankle near the top of Triund and the hotel arranged for her to be stretchered off the mountain and taken straight to hospital for x-rays. The staff have been most attentive and concerned for her wellbeing. Really impressed!! Thank you .. thank you

This is my favourite hotel in McLeod Ganj. It's about a 5 minute walk from the main bazaar, located in a wooded area that's quiet and has spectacular views of Mt. Dhauladhar and the valley. The rooftop restaurant has some of the best views in the area, and the food is good. Lots of variety, and everything I had was well prepared. It has a surprisingly well equipped gym, probably the best I've seen in a hotel. New and high quality equipment, free weights and aerobic things like treadmills and...
