Its a very nice property

This was one of our best stays in a hotel anywhere in the world. Very very beautiful setting but it was the excellent service from the manager and all his staff which made the holiday special. Thank you especially for making my husband's birthday so memorable.

The staff here were lovely and really made the stay! From Kriti and Nikita from reception to the room service and dining room staff. Thank you

Clean and comfortable rooms with a great location close to Mall Road. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and made the stay very pleasant. Convenient for exploring Shimla while still offering a comfortable and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Best hotel to stay

nice hotel good for family. visit shimla must book this hotel

Shops are near

This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest.

It is nice hotel in good location. The only problem with this hotel is that you need to go down to get taxi. There are lot of steps to climb if you have to go early in the morning as the lift will be operational after 8:00 AM. The service is good, and the staff are friendly

Great rooms, very comfortable and immaculately clean as was the entire property. Staff super helpful and the room service meals were top quality. Close to many shops, cafes and the The Mall Road. A great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you.
