It was the best experience I’ve ever had will book again

I didn’t like how the servers would forget part of my order and when I do ask for it again, they would take other guests’ orders. There was no sense of urgency. In terms of the food quality, Huzur was the best and so was Chef Augustine. He prepared a beautiful meal that looked just as good as it was tasty. Our housekeeper, Marie, did a phenomenal job at keeping our room nice and tidy. She would leave the room spotless with fresh new towels. The night entertainment in the resort was great but the daytime entertainment could use some variety. Overall, our experience was good.

Our family recently stayed at the Sirenis Hotel in Punta Cana, hoping for a relaxing and fun vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the rooms were much smaller than expected ( although we booked a one bedroom instead of a even smaller standard room) and in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. It was evident that the upkeep of the rooms was not a priority, which made our stay uncomfortable. Although the hotel features a water park, which was a key reason for our choice, it wasn't well-maintained either. The cleanliness of the park left much to be desired, raising concerns about hygiene and safety for our kids. Overall, while the idea of a family-friendly hotel with a water park is appealing, Sirenis Hotel in Punta Cana did not meet our expectations. We hope that management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and amenities for future guests.
