"Exactly as pictured even more gorgeous in person! Our room was extremely clean and cleaned daily. The area is pretty convenient and easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!"

"The gentleman who helped us with the check in was amazing. The lady with the check out had a really bad attitude. The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty. The area is very noisy, not sure if this is the case for all NYC"

"Granted, I only stayed here for one night (I was in town for a concert) but I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly while checking in & out. It was also wonderful that they offer bag/luggage storage as an option because I arrived late due to flight delays & traffic and literally had to drop my bags off and head over the concert venue. From what I could tell the room I stayed in was very nice and clean, the hotel in general felt very safe and the property had a really nice vibe and style overall and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I will definitely stay here again!"
