"Our room was in ill repair. There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall damage behind the door. Multiple places throughout the room has boogers stuck to a lamp, wall, etc. Areas above the shower appeared to have mold spots developing. Also, the room had a strange smell. . .perhaps lingering cigarettes smoke even though room was smoke free."

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room just about every time we would leave the room. There was minimal guests during our stay."

"Very clean"

"The staff were friendly. It's an old building but very clean. There is whimsy everywhere you turn, which keeps me coming back. The only issue that I've ever had is that the pillows are flat."

"We did not make use of the waterpark. But this day was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything was nice and clean."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Some of the furnishings need to be replaced, but it looks like the hotel is working on updating the furniture. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was just what we needed before our day of bowling and the bed was so comfortable giving us a great night sleep. Will definitely be back. "

"This was one of the nicest VRBOs I've every stayed at. A real retreat. I really liked the outdoor space and the many floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in early spring before the native plants were really going but I bet it is really popping in summer. Plus the host was very responsive. You could stay there for a long time reading all the books on the shelves. "
