"Fantastic house in a very peaceful location. Loved spending time outside on the deck, on the hammock, by the firepit, or on the other comfy outdoor furniture. Kitchen was well stocked, which was helpful for making big family style meals. Tons of games, puzzles, ping pong, and water amenities to enjoy the lake. Easy to get into town for groceries or if you want to check out any local haunts. Hosts were super responsive and house was spotless."

"We stayed in Dodgeville for a sibling reunion after the passing of our mother. We had a wonderful weekend and this home was the perfect spot to honor her and all the things that she loved. The property was private and in a beautiful setting of wildflowers and woods. It was clean and very well appointed. The bedrooms were extra comfortable and fit our family well. They had everything we needed in the kitchen to make many family meals, including special little touches like marshmallow forks and bug spray (although we didn’t even need the spray). We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace as well as the multiple seating areas on the deck. It was very quiet and peaceful but also conveniently located near Dodgeville and Governor Dodge State Park. I would absolutely stay here again."
