This 1 bed, 1 ½ bath cottage offers new construction and high end furnishings with a vintage flair modeled after a true European Stone Cottage. The cottage also offers miles of private walking trails on 100 private acres along the renowned Big Green trout stream.

We provide all the amenities including fireplace, fire ring, outdoor 2person hot tub, sound system throughout, custom walk-in shower, and covered porches with dramatic driftless valley views.

Our Scottish Highland cows roam the pastures and meadows nearby and compliment the views, making it seem like you really are in the Scottish Highlands.

Owners are only 2miles away, on the same property, yet totally out of sight. A perfect relaxing retreat.

Absolutely Beautiful!

A view of a breathtaking valley in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin from the gorgeous property. Hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing all within easy access. We just got home and have already recommended The Cottage at Streamwalk to several friends. Will be back again.

Amazing!

This is *the place* if you are looking for an idyllic, private retreat. The scenery from the beautiful cottage is a breathtaking Driftless valley. Just watching the valley change throughout the day was a treat. We enjoyed the “noisy neighbors” (birds, deer, even a few coyotes), the starry nights, the cozy fireplace and the available-but-nowhere-in-sight hosts!

Absolte perfection

For those that like a quiet escape, this is the absolutely best option anywhere. Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, above and beyond in every possible criteria. Comfort in every way. Kitchen designed for those who love to cook. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Without hesitation, a new and favorite spot of mine.

Perfect getaway!

The Cottage at Streamwalk is the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind in the beauty and tranquility of nature. Tucked away on a secluded 100-acre property, it offers total privacy and stunning views—whether you're sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or a glass of wine stargazing at night.Inside, the space is beautifully decorated with cozy yet modern touches. The full kitchen is great for anyone who enjoys cooking, and the lighting and speaker system add a warm, inviting atmosphere. While the drive in has limited cell service, the WiFi at the cottage works well once you're settled.We loved the short trails on the property and the Highland cows, which you can often spot from the deck or along your walk. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectfully hands-off—they were available if needed but let us fully enjoy our stay in peace.We can’t say enough good things about this place and are already looking forward to coming back!
