"Staff was brilliant and had good customer service. Probably the worse hotel stay I’ve had, weird noises at night from heaters and other appliances so couldn’t get a good sleep. The hot water went out one morning so it wasn’t hot enough and the shower head was filthy. Very uncomfortable stay. All I got was a voucher for my troubles which I appreciate as staff can’t do much but serious renovations need to be had for this establishment. "
