"This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet is excellent. What impressed me most was the customer service. I left something in my room after checking out and didn’t realize it until the next day. I contacted the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging feature and the staff were so responsive and went above and beyond to coordinate getting this delivered to my next hotel. I did not expect the hotel to respond so quickly and to go as far as to coordinate with the next hotel to ensure my item was returned to me. I am thoroughly impressed with the staff here. I would definitely stay here again."
