"Room not ready at check in- waited in the parking lot for hour and half- staff lied and said they called me to notify room was ready- not even an apology. Gave us less than an hour to get ready for our event. Next morning housekeeping woke us knocked on our door until we answered even though we had the sign on the door. Strip clubs nearby. Will never stay here again."

"We often stay at Embassy Suites when traveling. This hotel seemed newer and brighter than the one in Ft Lauderdale. The bar staff was great and the food put out was really nice -compared to some that offer no more than popcorn, this had humus, veggies, pasta and other snacks. The pool was nice and the rooms clean. No complaints from us with this hotel. There is a mall across the street but many stores are closed. There is a P F Changs and an Italian restaurant and a Chipotle a few doors from the hotel. "

"Staff went above and beyond for everything! Truly impeccable service from the front desk to housekeeping, and maintenance to the restaurant wait staff. Even the on-site Starbucks barista! Truly we were blown away by the hospitality. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view of the water was great! Private little beach on the bay was lovely, too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options and decadent ones too. Great spot to stay overall! "
