"I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel and had a very unpleasant experience with my room. When I returned, there was a strong sewer-like odor that made the space extremely uncomfortable. I informed a housekeeper in the hallway, and while she did provide me with an air freshener, it only temporarily masked the issue. The smell persisted and was quite overwhelming. Unfortunately, the odor was so bad that I had to cut my evening short and stay in for the night. This is not the level of comfort or cleanliness I expect when staying at a Hilton property. I hope this issue is addressed promptly for future guests, especially in room 505."

"Hotel is a wonderful surprise. Stayed her for the BTS concert, and could easily walk to the Stadium. THe hotel was clean, safe, and had great wifi access."

"1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair and my suitcase blocking the door. 5. Our room was clean enough to stay three nights because everything was sold out due to the BTS concert but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! 6. One night we even had handwritten notes slipped under our door from strangers promoting their personal YouTube channel! 7. The “breakfast” consists of small muffins and granola bars with no supervision so children and guests would grab handfuls not leaving enough for others. 8. The property is walking distance from shopping— one plus."

"In this day and age, you would like to think the aircon would be whisper quiet. Unfortunately the aircon here literally sounds like a jet engine starting up everytime it comes on. Everytime it does, you will be awake"
