"We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay. We were greeted at the front desk by Beatriz who was very helpful and checked up with us during our stay. Martin served us at our breakfast which was delicious and was included. We enjoyed our conversations with him. "

"Everything was great, the receptionist treated us very well, I arrived ahead of schedule and she helped me and resolved my problem quickly, the room was clean, the cleaning ladies were super polite, I asked questions and they helped me too, the breakfast was delicious with fresh food and bread, everything in the room was working perfectly! "Pool was ok, a bit too small for the size of the resort, room was clean, AC was out(they fixed it as soon as possible) renovations around the hotel so some areas were under construction. We travel with kids - non smoking policy signs everywhere, but not followed by the guests and not enforced either, saw people with cigarettes, vapes and joints around. Over all hotel was a pleasant experience, hopefully we improve those areas because we would like to come back. "

"The wifi never worked. The hotel was clean but definitely needs a good remodel for the price paid. Our room had a very small TV, and there isnt a microwave in rooms FYI. The location was convenient and felt safe for my family when we were visiting with good restaraunt choices nearby. "
