"Great views and great house. It was perfect for two families with the split living space! Bunk room is very nice for kids and you cant hear the upstairs guests while youre downstairs! House has everything you need and then some! Ive stayed in a lot of rentals and their cookwear is the best! No your average beat up junk. Would highly recommend!"

"What an incredibly beautiful location and property! We were very pleased with how clean the property was and that it’s in tip-top shape. I personally loved all of the hummingbirds around the property and all of the cheeky chipmunks. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential cooking implements although we only used a frying pan to make omelette I could tell I could make a meal from scratch no problem with what was provided. The complimentary coffee packet and Aveda products were an extra special touch. Parking was great and check out procedure a cinch. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Great property! This is a beautiful townhouse located about 10 miles outside Durango. Easy drive into Durango for tours, adventures. The kitchen has plenty of plates, silverware, etc. which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was nice to have. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening. The Vacasa rep I spoke with while I was there was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this townhome. "
