"Words can not express how much we love this property!! We had the most amazing micro-wedding, (26 people), and mini-honeymoon here and the host, Paul, could not have been more accommodating and helpful with the process. We had family stay with us leading up to the ceremony, and the space was perfect for the combined group. My husband's family stayed in the apartment above the garage, while my loud family with kids was able to stay in the rooms downstairs, so everyone had their own space while we were all still together! The ceremony was held outside surrounded by mountains and our pictures are breathtaking. Paul was available to contact the entire time and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, and I would visit again in a heartbeat!! "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is not close to downtown Durango but we got used to the drive and discovered things to do and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our extended family of grandparents, parents, and babies/toddlers. "

"Lovely end unit beautifully decorated and clean. The owners were quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting. It’s a little further from town, but that was a plus! A quick short drive and you are in the center of everything."

"Great views and great house. It was perfect for two families with the split living space! Bunk room is very nice for kids and you cant hear the upstairs guests while youre downstairs! House has everything you need and then some! Ive stayed in a lot of rentals and their cookwear is the best! No your average beat up junk. Would highly recommend!"
