"The house wonderfully fit our needs. We were a family of 12 (grandparents, kids and grandkids) and we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was well represented in the listing. It’s perfectly located between Durango (about 10 minutes) and Purgatory Ski Resort (about 20 minutes). Kyle was a great host - was super helpful and responded quickly the few times we had questions. "I was so happy with this guesthouse. It was perfect for our family of 5! Hostess and host were extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Additionally, it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!The amenities were top notch with a pack n play, high chair, washer/dryer (huge plus for us!), and thoughtfully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We weren’t missing anything and honestly felt right at home."
