"Beautiful property on lots of land, perfect for our family reunion for Thanksgiving week. We had 2 grandparents with our 3 children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. Ages 2 through 75. Comfortable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, huge living room, gorgeous property for the kids to throw and kick balls, walk along the creek, collect rocks and fish. Ping pong in the garage with an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer. Nice laundry room, hot tub on the top deck. Our only suggestions are to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and if you have young children bring plastic plates, cups, bowls and utensils. Everything is glass. "

"Absolutely beautiful home! Would definitely book again. Our stay coincided with historic flooding in the area. The homeowner was very helpful with our questions and ensuring we felt safe. Kids loved the trampoline and adults enjoyed coffee and a view on the front porch! Fall colors were so pretty! Beds were very comfy. Easy access to downtown Durango and surrounding activities. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is not close to downtown Durango but we got used to the drive and discovered things to do and restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our extended family of grandparents, parents, and babies/toddlers. "
